This is amazing

3D printing is a form of additive manufacturing technology where a three dimensional object is created by laying down successive layers of material. 3D printers are generally faster, more affordable and easier to use than other additive manufacturing technologies. 3D printers offer product developers the ability to print parts and assemblies made of several materials with different mechanical and physical properties in a single build process. Advanced 3D printing technologies yield models that can serve as product prototypes.

Plaster and Superglue is yarrrk wave

EDIT

They claim you can gain greater part strength by infusing it with extra resin. The resin mentioned is Superglue lol!

Good, but not the same, this is a type of milling machine not a printer.

Ok :P

What are the advantages of 'Additive' over 'Subtractive' Manufacturing?

I expect a well rounded essay without any quotes ;-P

SW I admit I work in the industry as a pleb. strapped down

Whilst I been home for couple of days...

This Video really made say.. *Huh? now thats cool* as one my ideas has been to use sunlight as a Curing/melting source. All the *Usefull* machines for plastic prototypes that work in an additive manner use UV light to cure resin. Metal and Nylon machines work using a laser to melt.
